Tadase nodded and put the flowers where she had pointed. He came back, smiling.

“Do you have any plans after this, Utau-chan?”

He kept his composure as the character change was ending. I’ve gotten this far… I can make it through without losing my cool. He looked into her lavender eyes and started to feel nervous. This isn’t normal…

Resting both of her hands above her hips she kept her composure as she watched the blonde fulfilling as she had told him to do so, lavender orbs following him across the room. 

Falling silent she pondered the thought to herself for a brief moment before shaking her head side to side lightly “No I don’t have any other plans after this.” She said trailing off towards the end of sentence. “Why do you want to know? are you?”

Tadase hesitated for a moment. His hands, behind him, wrung his gift.   Kiseki sighed and helped Tadase with a character change.

Character Change! From a boy who cannot speak his mind to a boy who can!

Tadase instantly straightened up. Carrying himself in a more dignified way, he brought the flowers in front of him.

“Utau-chan, regardless of what you think, I thoroughly enjoyed your concert and think it was the best I’ve ever seen,” He smiled, and closed his eyes thinking back to the concert, content. “Please, take these. They are for you!”

Keeping her arms folded over where they where her posture tensed up slightly as he continued speaking. “Well it did all go as planned.” Which she was of course happy about. 

Slowly turning back to look at the blonde once more as he had asked her to take something she just blinked looking at him “I– Just put them over there.” She said as she raised her arm up extending her index finger to point the the table. 

What was she so embarrassed over? She had know Tadase for quite some time now after all but still she found her cheeks turning pink.

The blonde sat around the green room, backstage. Utau’s concert had been amazing- everyone was now just waiting for her to come back after she had hastily left for water. Tadase felt a little awkward. No one else brought a gift for Utau. i thought it’d simply be common courtesy since she went out of her way to get us the tickets and passes. Spotting the singer, who seemingly lit the room up when she entered, he walked towards her.

“Utau-chan,” He smiled. “Good job! Your concert was amazing.”

Tadase watched the blonde, waiting for a reaction. He held the present behind him, a little nervous. 

Making her way into the room after sorting out what it was that she needed to she scanned over the room and the people that filled it. She wasn’t entirely sure why everyone had gather here right after the show but it was quite nice though she would never admit that openly of course. Her eyes fell upon her two guardian characters for a brief moment before she turned her attention back to the other. What on earth where they up to. 

The thought drifted out of her mind as she paused on the spot looking to the blonde as he greeted her. As lavender orbs met with his mahogany she felt her cheeks warming up slightly. She could help but find herself drawn in by them. Had she always felt this way, no surely she hadn’t. Slipping her arms across her chest as she folded them over. Breaking the eye contact quickly she averted her gaze beside her in order to hide the dusting of pink that tinted her cheeks. “It was nothing really.”

“Utau, go away. Souma-kun is mine now.”

“Well I am borrowing him from you today if you like it or not”

kinghotori:

“Souma-kun would much rather serve me over you, Utau!”

“I never said he was going to serve me over you I just said he was making me tea for today.”

Fetch me tea, Utau!

A small sigh leaked past parted lips. “I am not …
